Mr. Brightside Wines
Tim Fulnecky, proprietor and winemaker of Hollyhock Lodge, is now producing his world-class Gamay Noir under the moniker, Mr. Brightside. The new project focuses on the beloved Gamay grape from a sustainably-farmed vineyard in Los Alamos, Ca (Portico Hills). Tim practices minimal intervention in the winery in order to craft a wine that mirrors the greatness of Beaujolais. 2020 marks Tim’s first vintage with the new label, offering a fresh perspective, as well as a fresh wine to the Chicago market.
